About

Product design leadership shaped by systems thinking, research, and practice.

I work at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and design structure, helping teams turn complexity into clearer systems, better decisions, and more scalable digital experiences.

Over the years, I have worked across learning platforms, enterprise communication tools, and national-scale digital services. What connects this work is not a particular industry, but a consistent type of challenge: products become harder to use and harder to build when complexity grows faster than structure.

My role as a designer has been to bring that structure, clarifying journeys, strengthening interaction logic, improving information architecture, and helping design support product direction rather than just interface output.

I am most engaged by work that requires systems thinking, product clarity, and thoughtful execution in environments where user needs, business realities, and organizational constraints all intersect.

What I Care About

I believe strong design starts before the interface. It begins with framing the right problem, understanding context deeply, and bringing enough structure that teams can make better product decisions over time.

  • frame the right problem before designing anything
  • treat design as a way to structure complexity, not decorate output
  • think in systems, not screens
  • build design maturity through discipline, clarity, and standards

Experience

  • digital learning products at scale
  • enterprise communication workflows
  • public-sector and national learning platforms
  • design community and capability-building initiatives

Across these environments, I have worked on product structure, design direction, user journey clarity, information architecture, and broader UX thinking that supports scale.

UX Bangladesh

Alongside product work, I founded UX Bangladesh to help advance the quality of UX thinking and practice in the country. Through programs, workshops, and community-led initiatives, the goal has been to contribute not only to products, but to the broader design ecosystem.

This work reflects an important part of how I think about design leadership: not just improving the products in front of us, but helping raise the maturity of the field around them.

Personal Line

Design beyond delivery work.

Outside of delivery work, I am interested in how design can shape better systems, stronger institutions, and more thoughtful digital experiences in emerging contexts.
